Membership requirements

HomeInspector.com is building a reputation based on quality service and professional inspection providers. We have established requirements for membership to ensure that our customers receive experienced inspectors. Our goal is to maintain the best property inspection network available.

Membership requirements:

• Experience with property inspection services.
• Perform at least 20 documented home, townhouse or condo inspections prior to membership.
• Hold an active membership and participate in a regional, state or national Inspector Associations.
• Conduct your inspections in accordance with the Standards of Practice set by the inspector association with which you hold membership and those set by State and Federal regulations.
• Maintain active Errors and Omissions, Workman’s Compensation and General Liability insurance and a bond for your registered company.
• Pay one-time account set-up fee of $299.00.

• Download the membership agreement and credit card authorization form, sign and fax to 305-574-2237.
