Reggora funds the platform because it connects the company with inspectors who may also want separate, paid property-data work, offered in select pilot markets at $25 per eligible scan. You can use the software without taking that work. Your inspection report is not shared with lenders.
Yes. Spectora and Home Inspector Pro users can import their templates and narratives into HomeInspector.com themselves and switch in about 15 minutes. For Palm-Tech, Horizon, HomeGauge or another tool, the HomeInspector.com team rebuilds your template for you, free, usually by the next business day. The team generally works with inspectors over a couple of weeks to run practice inspections: you pick a go-live date, and a team member is on standby that day to support your first live job. There is no contract, and you can request an export of your data anytime.
Yes. HomeInspector.com includes iOS and Android field apps for on-site inspections plus web access for office work. Reports, photos, and findings sync across devices.
